Take the Factory Tour, a 40-minute professionally guided tour through Australia’s only working ginger factory. You will learn how ginger is grown, harvested, and processed. View the factory floor and see the ginger sorted and graded before making its way to the cook tanks where the syruping process takes place over 12 days. This tour includes a tasting plate of delicious samples ranging from refreshing drinks to savory and sweet bites. Starting from humble beginnings as a small farming cooperative in 1941, Buderim Ginger is now a leading exporter of ginger products around the world.
